St Louis Estate Claremont
Simply the best retirement living in the west
Welcome to your new home.
Step inside and you’ll discover beautiful, spacious and contemporary designed residences with superior quality fittings. Our warm hospitality and attention to detail extends to your personal needs with onsite carers and 24-hours emergency call system to provide complete peace of mind.
Nestled between Cottesloe Beach and the Swan River, St Louis Estate reflects the lifestyle of the suburb in which we are located. You’ll experience a healthy and peaceful quality of life, in a boutique style oasis. “We’re committed to building an engaging, friendly, active and safe retirement living, where you can enjoy the company of family and friends.”
Our main building, the Hinemoa Homestead, was built in the late 1890’s as a grand family home. In the 1930’s it became part of the St Louis School, and today it’s the main hub of St Louis Estate. It’s heritage features were restored to create a tasteful and comfortable interior with amenities to meet the highest expectations.
St Louis Estate is owned and managed by Continuing Health Care (CHC). A family run business, we’ve been providing care and support to West Australia’s elderly for over 40 years. Our founder, Rhonda Peploe, was a nurse before operating her first aged care facility in 1969. Fortunately, her daughters also shared her passion and are still actively involved in the daily management of St Louis Estate. In addition to the family, St Louis Estate is staffed, managed and maintained by a dedicated team of professionals. St Louis Estate is an active place with friendly and helpful staff, devoted to caring for residents and maintaining its magnificent surroundings.
Gayle Reilly. Care Services Manager Gayle is responsible for all our care services. A registered nurse with over twenty years of experience in aged care, she ensures that all our residents’ needs are satisfied. Catherine White. Administration Assistant Catherine is an integral part of our team. As the first point of contact for all visitors and residents, she provides vital support with enthusiasm and a warm smile.
