St. Louis features a range of one and two bedroom units in both the traditional estate and the recently constructed Dean Street blocks.
One bedroom, one bathroom and two bedroom, two bathroom units sometimes include a study area. There are also two bedroom, one bathroom units featured within the existing estate.
Each resident may have the opportunity to select their own interior finishings and designs, prior to moving into the estate, rendering each home with a unique expression of the owner’s individuality.
Within each residence, you will find all the conveniences that define modern living.
For peace of mind, an emergency call system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week if required. Permanent security is also present at St. Louis after hours, to ensure your continued protection.
