When WA home care providers Compatible Care and St Louis Estate recently joined LASA, they re-established a connection between two families that had worked together in the industry for years.
Helen Nowlan from Compatible Care (left) and Teelia Peploe from St Louis Estate had never met prior to joining LASA, but soon discovered that their mothers were longtime friends and colleagues. Helen recently took over Compatible Care following the death of her mother, with Teelia providing mentoring and support. Both women are members of LASA’s Home Care Advisory group in WA and are pictured here being presented with their membership certificates.
